This category offers unique experiences where guests can stay at famous places from pop culture.
For example, the "Upstairs" house - a detailed replica of the house from Disney and Pixar's film "Upstairs". With 8,000 balloons, it hangs from a crane in the red rocks of Abiquiu, New Mexico. However, the "icons" cannot simply be booked. Interested parties have to apply for them via the Airbnb app. With a bit of luck, you will receive a "Golden Ticket". You can even stay in most of the "icons" for free, while others cost up to almost 100 francs. Airbnb has announced that over 4,000 of these "golden tickets" will be raffled off in 2024.
